Conestoga Pioneers Varsity snagged a late lead and defeated Springfield 4-2 on Thursday. The game was tied at two with Conestoga Varsity batting in the top of the seventh when Andrew Gluck singled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs.
The Pioneers evened things up at two in the top of the fifth inning when Owen Margolis singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Cam Marcus led things off on the hill for Conestoga Pioneers Varsity. He surrendered two runs on six hits over five innings, striking out five and walking one.
Colin Eberhardt was on the mound for Springfield. He pitched four and two-thirds innings, allowing three hits and two runs while striking out three. Eddie Ronanyne threw two and a third innings in relief out of the bullpen.
Margolis led Conestoga Pioneers Varsity with three hits in four at bats.

Conestoga Pioneers Freshman fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 10-2 loss to Malvern Prep on Thursday. Malvern Prep took the lead on a single in the first inning.
The Conestoga Pioneers Freshman struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Malvern Prep, giving up ten runs.
Sanjay Aiyar started the game for Conestoga Pioneers Freshman. He went four innings, allowing six runs on five hits, striking out two and walking one. Vaughn Brogan threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Conestoga Pioneers Freshman lost the lead late in a 13-10 defeat to Marple Newtown on Tuesday. The game was tied at nine with Marple Newtown batting in the top of the sixth when an error scored one run for Marple Newtown.
Despite the loss, Conestoga Pioneers Freshman did collect seven hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Marple Newtown had ten hits on the way to victory.

Conestoga Pioneers Freshman scored seven runs in the third inning. Conestoga Pioneers Freshman big bats were led by Ethan Tartaglio, John Foster, Sanjay Aiyar, and Will Brown, who each had RBIs in the inning.
Foster got the start for Conestoga Pioneers Freshman. He went three innings, allowing six runs on three hits and striking out four. Connor Neilon and JT Zellefrow entered the game as relief, throwing two and two-thirds innings and one-third of an inning respectively.
Foster, Drew Lamonica, Zellefrow, Matt Evitts, Aiyar, Alex Jones (pictured), and Brad Markind each collected one hit to lead Conestoga Pioneers Freshman.

Conestoga Pioneers JV pulled away for good with two runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth James Hughes (pictured) tripled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run and Jake Anapolsky singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.
Anapolsky led things off on the rubber for Conestoga Pioneers JV. He lasted seven innings, allowing six hits and two runs while striking out five and walking zero.
